Question

Update 2.9 white bars below windows always showing

I just got update 2.9 and I tried watching Disney Plus and now when I enter focus mode a small white bar stays under the screen the whole time!  If you put your cursor on it that’s how you close the app but it should fade away when the controller isn’t active.  I make the surroundings pitch black when I watch something so why would I want a bright white bar showing all the time!  It’s absolutely ridiculous!  Is there any way to hide that?  I was looking forward to the 3D content coming and is this white bar going to show on that too?

I just tried it along with other apps. It seems to be a problem with the Disney app, it doesn't look like a Meta issue as other media apps are fine. You should contact Mickey Mouse or whoever developed the D+ app. Also I was just thinking, as I didn't do it, check the settings on the Disney app itself and Meta settings too, but I don't think that's it. If it was a headset problem all the media apps would have the same thing. Don't assume the problem is always with Meta.
