Virtual Desktop in Quest 3

hi,

I have a challenge with buying software (Virtual Desktop Inc.) after a refund in stores, First I bought it in the Meta store on the PC, but that one was not working/installed in the "Oculus Quest 3", that's why I bought it also in the Quest 3 store (that one worked operfectly) and asked for a refund of the software which I bought on the PC. But I received from both purchases the refund (Mine compliments for that and very fast). But now I cannot buy it again in the Quest 3 store. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this issue? Thanxs in advance.

After some tests today, it has nothing todo with payment.

I can start the software from the history and then it's working fine, but I cannot buy it again, the button buy is changed in start.

I close this issue.

Well, at least it's good you got your money back. It could be just an error. Have you tried buying something else on the store something small like one of those $1.99 apps to see if your payments aren't blocked? Sometimes through absolutely no fault by you, multiple refunds can be flagged as suspicious and the account can be blocked for a short time.
