Voicechat and Recording Icons make use of any app or game impossible

i am using the v2.9 firmware version on Quest 3 and i can’t record or voicechat without the annoying phone / record symbol being shown on my screen. You can’t use any app or  play any game, because everytime your controller pointer goes above those icons the game does not respond anymore. This makes both recording and voice chat pointless.

Maybe i am missing the setting to disable those symbols, but i would expect, that there would be a user friendly option to just hide them, e.g. in the little menu while open or long press the trigger button while pointing at the symbol.

I really wonder, who in the world comes up with this type of user-unfriendly UI design ?
