my account wasdisabled by mistake

My Instagram account,
, after a review. I received an email saying that my account still did not follow the Community Standards and that the decision was permanent.
Before this happened, I had created several Instagram accounts. I am worried that this may have caused my original account to be flagged by mistake.
I understand the importance of Instagram’s Community Standards, and I would really appreciate it if someone could help me understand what happened and whether there is any possibility of recovering my original account.
I have already tried following the instructions provided by Instagram, but I keep receiving the same message saying that I cannot request another review.
