URGENT: Meta for Developers registration problem - SMS verification does not work

I am unable to complete my Meta for Developers registration because the SMS verification code is never delivered.

I have spent two days troubleshooting this issue and have already tried:

• Two different Israeli mobile phone numbers.

• A new email address and a new Facebook account.

• Different browsers.

• Correct international phone number formatting (+972).

• Repeated attempts on different days.

Both phone numbers can receive SMS messages from other services. However, neither receives the verification code from Meta.

I also have an established Facebook account with phone numbers listed in Accounts Center, but this does not resolve the issue.

I need access to Meta for Developers to configure the WhatsApp Business Cloud API for an n8n automation workflow.

At this point, I cannot proceed with my project because the mandatory verification step is blocking registration.

Could the Meta team please investigate this issue and either reset the SMS verification process, manually verify my account, or provide an alternative official verification method?

I would appreciate a concrete solution or escalation to the team responsible for developer account verification.
