Having trouble downloading Meta Quest Link to D drive

Before you ask yes I have already done the obvious. I formatted my 4.51 TB external hard drive into an NTFS format drive and ran the following command prompt into Windows PowerShell IN ADMINISRATOR MODE:

C:\Users\[My username]\Downloads\OculusSetup.exe /drive=D

VERBATIM. And yet I am still getting the same error message as displayed below.

I will also provide a screenshot of the drive I am attempting to put this on.

As you can see, it is formatted properly as an NTFS drive, and has PLENTY of space. My patience has run thin with this blasted app and I just want some help from people who can actually help me out instead of an AI which will only suggest broken code that does nothing. I am at the end of my ropes here. PLEASE if you can, please help me.

Which part of "internal NTFS drive" don't you understand?

Also, the official Horizon Link app installation program is "Setup.exe" not OculusSetup.exe, unless you are trying to run a very old version.

Also, the official Horizon Link app installation program is "Setup.exe" not OculusSetup.exe, unless you are trying to run a very old version.

    My apologies, I had gotten off work when I was getting this set up and was very sleep deprived. I now see what the issue was. Fortunately I have found a workaround. As for the file naming, I simply changed it to "OculusSetup.exe" to avoid confusion with any other setup applications I have on my computer. While I appreciate the feedback, something much more constructive like a workaround would have been appreciated. Good day, sir.
