Where is "Input Forward" icon in MQDH?

I am reading this post : https://developers.meta.com/horizon/documentation/spatial-sdk/spatial-sdk-tooling-castinputforward/

3rd pointer it says: "Select the input forward icon while inside of your app to enable Input Forwarding!"

I ran the sample project (https://github.com/meta-quest/Meta-Spatial-SDK-Samples/tree/main/HybridSample) from android studio to my Meta Quest 2 headset and I don't see any icon with "Input Forward" written over it. I have installed MQDH v5.0.1 on my PC.

To enable Cast Input Forwarding you need to run "Cast" from MQDH (https://developers.meta.com/horizon/documentation/unity/ts-odh-media#cast-headset-using-cast), you should then see the input forward button once the Cast window opens up.

The docs are currently missing this step to run "Cast" from MQDH, thank you for flagging this.
