Can't start a conversation? Please DM me!

I've received a report from someone who have noted that the "Start a Conversation" button is not displaying in the forum index. Obviously if that is happening to you, then you wouldn't be able to start a thread about it to tell me, so if you're having an issue, please send me a direct message so I can figure out how widespread this issue is.

I now can not reply or see private messages. The page is mostly BLANK. This is what I see AFTER pressing the envelope icon near the upper right that says I have a message.

All history is missing. And the new message does not show up. Tried on multiple browsers on Windows and linux.
