How to move developer account to different country?

I recently moved countries, so I need to move my account to the new country. I have spoken to Meta about this and they say I can't move my account to the new country. As an alternative I suggested I could set up an account in the new country and then move the apps to the new company. Sadly they said it isn't possible to move apps between companies.

Has anybody else been in this situation? What did you do?
