Clarity on what I need to do with the User Age Group API

My app is for mixed ages, so I understand I need to use the API to get the age group of the user. But what am I meant to do with that information?
The only platform services I use are the leaderboard and getting the username for the leaderboard. I've seen here (Platform Solutions: Unity | Oculus Developers) that an app which is primarily for children under 13 can't use leaderboards. But what about an app for a mixed age group?

Do I just simply need to check the age?

Do I need to disable the leaderboard if the user under 13?
Do I need to close the app if they are under 10?
None of this is clear in the docs. Please tell me what is required.

We are having similar issues.
We wanted to change to Mixed Ages. <13 and 13+
I made the change on self certify. We installed the User Age Group API
But it still said we had a task. I asked around and was told I needed to do a data check up. So I check User Info and Age User group there. It then sent me to a page where it wanted me to identify our UK or European Data Controller and Data Processor, and answer a bunch of questiosn about how data was stored and used.
But we don't collect or user any user data. We installed the API as required, but we're not sending that data anywhere. We don't make enough money on this app to hire a lawyer in the UK or Euproe to do such things. Anyone else run into this problem? And if so, how did you resolve it?

I recommend joining the Start program or at least opening a ticket there with your question. If you don't collect or store or send any user data it seems like there should be an option to choose I don't store it?

Meta alerted us of the task back in March 20.  We implemented the userAgeCategory.Get() API in our code.  A few days later, the task was deemed as resolved . But in April 20th, we got another alert of the same issue on our task.  So we submitted a response on the task itself, checked the "we have already resolved the issue", explaining that we have already implemented the userAgeCategory.Get() in our code.  And we did a screen capture of the code and submitted it together.  A  couple days later, the issue was resolved again.

For those who are still not getting resolution, try this and see if it helps.  It did for us, at least for now.

Hey I was having the exact same problems and I have a script that fixes it, just put it on an empty gameobject and you should be good. script:

```
using UnityEngine;
using Oculus.Platform;
using Oculus.Platform.Models;
public class UserAgeGroupAPI : MonoBehaviour
{
    void Awake()
    {
        Core.Initialize();
        Users.GetLoggedInUser().OnComplete(GetUserCallback);
    }
    private void GetUserCallback(Message<User> message)
    {
        if (message.IsError)
        {
            Debug.LogError("Error fetching user data: " + message.GetError().Message);
            return;
        }
        var user = message.Data;
        Debug.Log("User ID: " + user.ID);
        Debug.Log("User Oculus ID: " + user.OculusID);
    }
}
In case someone lost like me, Meta also has the Platform SDK - https://assetstore.unity.com/publishers/25353
(No need to download Oculus Integration)
