Using cameras in quest app

I'm looking into getting a quest for vr development and have a few questions:

1.  What language does it use?

2. Can I create an app that uses the camera, say takes a picture, rotates it, and then displays it on the screens?

    1. There are several development environments for developing on Quest. Here are the options from most-beginner friendly to least:

    - Unity (C#)

    - Unreal (C++)

    - Native Android Development (Java, C/C++)

    See here for more information: https://developer.oculus.com/documentation/

    2. The camera images are currently not available to developers directly. You can only enable passthrough through an API and modify how they are displayed in your app in certain ways. Passthrough is currently only available via Unity IIRC, All information on the passthrough API that just got released can be found here: https://developer.oculus.com/experimental/passthrough-api/
