Audio Distortion

I have my RAY-BAN META WAYFARER - GEN 2 connected to my Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. They are less than 3 weeks old

I am having an issue where the audio, whether playing music, announcing messages, using Meta AI or receiving notifications, sounds very distorted, even at low volume. If I have the volume low enough to avoid distortion, even in a quiet room, it's unusable. I have tried force-restarting and factory-resetting the glasses, but there has been no change. 

The glasses received the latest update - 124.0.0.0.0

Same here -RayBan Wayfarer GEN2 except I also have very low speaker and microphone output , even at maximum volume settings as incoming callers complain of not hearing me. Tried everything restart, force restart playing off the speaker, grill and microphone. Nothing works. But they did worked just fine when I first bought them but the volume has declined steadily since first started out with the right speaker and then the left followed shortly after
