I get this message 

based on your location you can now use Meta AI to help with that request, to turn it on, open Meta AI app.

whenever I want my glasses to give me an intelligent answer, such as what’s the weather forecast. Of course, opening with Meta AI app does not have any effect, I have tried to reinstall the glasses, any ideas of what to do?

I found the solution, uninstalling and reinstalling the Meta ai app.
