Can’t charge glasses.

Hi last try before warranty claim. 
Oakley glasses won’t charge

 
have clean terminals 

case is green so fully charged case  

have tried reset etc 

disconnected glasses from app and can’t get back on as battery is flat and can’t charge 

glasses are supposed to be for cycling and running etc but you can’t get sweat on them. 
anyone else super frustrated.
