Conversation focus not available despite being advertised

Here, Meta claims conversion focus is available in a list of regions:

Despite updating the app and the firmware to latest, there is no conversation focus available.

Meta AI and live translation works.

Support seems to have old scripts, they respond ”early access, not available in region”.

Did Meta publish the above web before they released the functionality?
