Corrupted audio in videos

After a firmware update, the audio on all videos recorded with the Oakley Meta Vanguard is completely corrupted (loud noise). Phone calls and voice commands work perfectly, and the issue persists even when playing the video back directly from the glasses. I have already performed a factory reset and reconfigured the glasses, but there has been no improvement.
