Could not import media

Has anyone found a solution for the Meta AI app "could not import media " error. This seems specific to my account and not the glasses or app it self. 

I have factory reset multiple glasses that I have, cleared the storage, uninstalled the app. 

My main profile has the issue, if I login using a different account, everything works.
