Disabled account

can I get some help please as I feel like I am making circles with trying to figure out this. 
My husband bought a brand new pair of Meta Oakley glasses and once we connected the 2FA and Met AI app, it now won’t let him log into meta ai app at all saying it has been disabled. There is no option for an appeal on there and he cant even log in to that website to get help without that disabled screen coming up first. 
any suggestions on what we need to do?
