Glasses disconnect as soon as I put them on my face

The glasses connect and I can take photos with them but the minute I put them on my face they lose connection. I have done both resets, cleaned the charging, updated, disconnected it from my phone, deleted and reconnected the app etc.. but even if I physically move the arms outwards they instantly disonnect

Make sure the phone and glasses are both sufficiently charged.
Make sure the phone and glasses are close to each other.
Make sure glasses are updated to the most recent firmware.
Make sure the Meta AI app is up to date by checking the Apple or Google Play app store.
Attempt to pair the glasses with your phone again from the Meta AI app.
Make sure to remove the glasses from other devices (for example, a different phone) that were previously paired with glasses via the Bluetooth menu.
