Glasses not detecting I'm wearing them

Check the fit of your glasses

The proximity sensors on the temples may not be properly making contact with your head if the fit is loose.

Restart your glasses.

A simple restart can often resolve temporary software glitches.

Clean the sensors

Dirt, oil, or debris can obstruct the sensors that detect when you are wearing the glasses.

• Wipe the temples: Clean the interior sides of the temples with a dry, soft cloth, especially the areas that touch your head. 

Update firmware and app

Ensure both your glasses and the Meta AI app are running the latest software versions.

Re-pair your glasses

Re-pairing can resolve any Bluetooth connection issues that may be interfering with the wear-detection function.
