HSTN Speakers not working

I get a message saying my speakers don’t work and I can’t make phone calls or listen to music. 
The glasses also will pair to my phone, but the glasses seem like they’re off. The capture button does not work. The LED light does not come on and when it’s in the charging case the light always is yellow, when I take it out of the case. The light is green. Please help
