I just had my meta glasses replaced with the free warranty and they wont charge

I pulled the tab in the case and paired them to my phone and now they’ve died and the case if full battery, but when i put the glasses in the case the led on the case flashes white and wont stop. I have left them in case with the case being charged and the glasses just wont charge
