Imported videos are broken and will not play in the Meta AI app

When I import videos from my glasses, the files are broken. They will not play in the Meta AI app. In VLC they play, but the video looks corrupted, like the attached screenshot.

      Same ! Meta worked so hard against us to make people who don’t matter happy and now us (the people who bought these glasses) have to suffer ,I want my $500 back ,whole day of recording down the drain because a almost billion dollar company can’t build a solid product and wants to control every single aspect of it
