Impossible to request support, I lost 3 hours trying to open a ticket

I try to request support logging into my account and it says there are no devices. I add my serial number and it says it’s invalid. I add case serial number and it says it’s invalid. 

I am trying to request support because meta fury  glasses bought not even one month ago will not charge over 36% for even if left charging with the case attached to power for 24 hours  straight, and when in use the battery drops to 10% in 10 minutes just to bring out of the case.

Really delusional to see I have to write in a forum to hope for support for a device that should be top notch of technology, absolute bull**bleep**!
