issue with my Ray-Ban Meta glasses OPTICS 2GEN

Hi everyone, I'm having an issue with my Ray-Ban Meta glasses and can't get them to work anymore.

They are fully charged.

When I turn them on, the LED behavior is:

• Solid red for a few seconds
• White blinking
• Red again
• Then the LED turns off completely.

The charging case seems to work normally. It shows a green LED, and when I hold the button on the back it turns white for a few seconds.

The glasses have also completely disappeared from the Meta app, so I can't reconnect or pair them again.

I've already tried:

• Forgetting and reinstalling the app
• Holding the case button for pairing/reset
• Charging both the glasses and the case

Nothing has worked so far.

Has anyone experienced the same issue? Is this a firmware problem, or does it sound like a hardware failure? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
