Lost Early Access after new phone login, need restore EA

Issue description:

My Meta account was previously granted Ray-Ban Meta Early Access and full Meta AI features for these glasses, including Hey Meta voice assistant, visual query and Wi-Fi Aware.

After I logged into this same account on a new mobile phone, both the Early Access menu and Meta AI settings for glasses disappeared completely inside the Meta AI App. I have never manually opted out / unsubscribed from the Early Access program.

I accidentally paired these glasses with other Meta accounts for testing before. I understand switching accounts may cause permission issues.

I promise this pair of glasses will ONLY be bound to this single Meta account permanently. I will NOT switch to any other Meta account to pair the glasses again in the future.

I have already tried standard troubleshooting steps: unpair glasses, remove Bluetooth record, factory reset glasses, reinstall Meta AI App and re-pair, but the missing permissions still cannot be restored.

How can I manually restore my account permissions:

1. Ray-Ban Meta Early Access (including Wi-Fi Aware)

2. Ray-Ban Meta AI / Hey Meta glasses features
