Meta glasses replacement

I recently got my meta glasses replaced under warranty, but my new glasses don’t charge. They blink red no matter what. I have charged the case multiple times and it is completely green but when I put the glasses and they click in, the case doesn’t change colors and even after waiting they don’t charge.
