Meta Oakley AI Glasses not working

I have had these Oakley Meta's for no more than a couple months and the do not work at all. At first the audio went and then they wouldn't respond to my voice. Then finally they would not respond to the case. They won't charge or power on at all. They are useless as an AI glasses now. They are just regular prescription glasses that can transition to polarized sunglasses now. I have tried resetting the glasses and the case to factory settings and nothing happens. They will not charge or turn on at all. I tried calling to help get them fixed or take steps to do that and just got AI on the line. When on the call with the AI it sent me to an AI chat box that then set me back to that AI number again. It is insane that I can't speak to a person to help me. Paid over 1k for what these glass and company are horrendous.
