Meta Ray Ban Glasses

I have had my meta ray bans gen 2 for about 3 months now. I stopped wearing them for a few weeks, I recently started trying to wear them again but they only connect when i don’t have them on and once I put them on they disconnect. I have done a factory reset and even turned them off and back on after a few seconds to see if it would fix the problem but I’m still having the same issue. What can I do to fix this problem without having to buy a brand new pair

I haven’t damaged them in anyway and I always make sure they are in my case when they are not in use. I have done everything that I can to try and fix them but nothing is working and i’m starting to get frustrated because of all the money I spent on them for it not to work anymore.
