Meta rayban display won’t update

Soni just received my meta displays  and I haven’t received to latest update. My glasses are still on 18.1  I’ve tried force restarting them several times. I’ve reset them a could time. And reinstalled  the phone app on my iPhone and it still say the glasses are up to date. Any ideas on how to fix this issue

      We saw that you are having an issue updating your Meta Ray-Ban Display glasses to the latest software version, and we would like to help you fix this.

       

      If you could please follow these steps to see if they help resolve this for you.

      Go into your phone Meta AI app>Device Settings>Updates>Download latest Updates.

       

      If this update is still not able to be installed then we would ask you to please contact our support team so we can have a closer look into this for you.

      I'm having the same issue for the past 2 weeks. My glasses are stuck on 18.1.  Ive tried soft restart, hard restart, factory reset, uninstall8ng and reinstall8ng the app, unpairing my band and glasses and repairing them and nothing is working. Also, automatic updates are on in settings. Please help. This is super frustrating.
