Meta Vanguard Charging Issue

Hi guys.

 

Ive been using my Vanguards for a few months now. Yesterday I started getting notifications that speakers weren't working and device wasnt charging when placed in case. I have followed all reset, cleaning and case seating tips.

 

I somehow got the speakers working again, but they stil aren't charging past 10% when placed in the case. The icon does show charge but hours later, 10%.

 

Anyone experience this? How did you sort it out?

Same first started out issue with speakers then the charging began to go tried all the trouble shooting nothing worked I finally filled out warranty form and submitted it will wait for meta Oakley yo contact me for next steps
