Microfono y batería/ microphone and battery

Tengo un problema con mis gafas Rayban Blayzer Optics gen 2 tengo dos meses que los compré nuevos y sellados, los compre en marketplace, esta semana el microfono me fallo al hacer llamadas no me escuchan, y al decir hey meta no me escucha bien y tengo que repetirlo en voz alta, y ahora al cargarlos se calienta del brazo izquierdo, no se si pueda enviarlo a rayban o llevarlo con un tecnico, soy de tijuana

I’m having a problem with my Ray-Ban Blazer Optics Gen 2 glasses. I bought them brand new and sealed on Marketplace two months ago. This week, the microphone started malfunctioning during calls—people can't hear me—and the glasses don't pick up the "Hey Meta" command well, so I have to repeat it loudly. Also, the left arm heats up while charging. I’m not sure if I should send them to Ray-Ban or take them to a technician; I’m based in Tijuana.
