MRBD pulsating white light

I really need help from Meta. I already searched for solutions discussed in this forum. Did it all. Started with the neural band inputs not detected in the glasses so i did a reset, none, unpaired, none. So tried to reset the glasses, nothing, unpaired, got stuck on pulsating white light! Glasses cannot be detected to the app. Now only the neural band pairs with the app. Did another round of research. Told me to reset my network settings on my phone. Lost all wifi paswwords to reset wifi/ bluetooth cache. Still nothing. Now no more pulsating lights! No sound, no meta logo startup! Only a single white blink when i turn off the glasses.
