Muse account disconnected after “This wasn't me” need account recovery

I'm experiencing issue with MUSE App, in my case I accidentally selected “This wasn't me” during the security prompt.

My existing Muse account was then disconnected, and Muse says it was disconnected to protect my information. The ticket/support mechanism isn't resolving the issue.

I still have full access to my Instagram/Meta account. I need my existing Muse account / Secure VM restored, not a new Muse account.

Could someone from Meta please escalate this to the Muse account/identity or engineering team? I can provide my account information and screenshots privately.

Same issue. Did you Muse back to normal now? Please let me know the latest updates.

Same issue here since 29 Sept - Muse disconnected and the ticket form fails every time (403). I'm a paying Muse Power subscriber with my business set up on Muse. Full details and my in-app bug ID are in my thread in this board: "Paying Muse Power subscriber - Muse disconnected, ticket form fails (403), business impacted". Tip: in Muse, Settings > Help and support > Report an issue does go through even while disconnected.

Same here. I told Muse to upload a video to all of my socials and the instant it started to do it, my account was disconnected. This happened on 10/4/26 around 945 at night. It is now 10/6/26 around 1100 in the morning and I still haven't gotten my Muse back yet. I feel bad for people that have their businesses set up in Muse. I am trying to get there and it is frustrating that Meta severed my account without even asking me first. I am a paying customer as well. When I asked another AI if I or others were to actually lose money because their account was disconnected for an illegitimate reason, if we could sue for lost money or for paying for a product and not getting anything in return when we clearly have not violated any terms of use or any other agreement; the AI told me no. Those agreements are binding and completely protect Meta. So, why should Meta care and get our accounts back. We can't sue them.
