Muse agent stuck on connecting and I cannot download my files

I need help recovering my files from the Muse agent. My account is stuck on "connecting" indefinitely and I cannot use the agent.

This is only happening on this one specific account. My other accounts work perfectly fine on the exact same computer and network. I have already tried incognito mode, disabling extensions, and clearing my cache, but it still gets stuck.

2. [SettingsDataPrivacyTab] Failed to update... Error: Gateway application transport blocked before admission at Object.e7 [as waitForTransport]

The biggest issue is that I have my personal files and a codebase saved inside the Muse virtual machine. Because the agent won't connect, I cannot click the download button to get my data. I tried the standard Meta account data download tool, but it only gives me basic account info and chat logs, not the actual files I created inside the agent workspace.

It seems like there is an account-specific error preventing the connection and the data download. Can a Community Manager please check my account status or help me export the files I saved in the agent workspace?

 Muse web app stuck on "Connecting..." — gateway blocked before admission

Hi, one of my Muse accounts has been stuck on "Connecting..." for over an hour on the web app (muse.ai). My other account connects and works fine on the same computer and network, so this looks account-specific, not a browser or network issue.

What I've tried: normal and incognito windows, disabling extensions, clearing site data and cache for muse.ai, reloading multiple times over the course of an hour.

The browser console shows this error: "Gateway application transport blocked before admission"
