My Oakley HSTN…

My glasses won’t come on anymore. Fully charged the case with the glasses in and out.  Also, With the glasses in or out of the case, the case shows an amber light then fades away. Or If I hole the power button for over 16secs the light shows white then fades away. 
I tried the factory reset but nothing happens. I cannot get anyone on the phone . HELP!!!!!
