Oakley Meta Vanguard no speaker audio battery not detected firmware update blocked

Hello everyone.

I am having a strange issue with my Oakley Meta Vanguard glasses.

The glasses worked perfectly at first. Now the speakers produce no sound at all. Music, phone calls and voice prompts are completely silent.

The camera works correctly. The microphone also works correctly because videos are recorded with audio. Photos and videos sync normally with the Meta AI app.

The glasses connect to my iPhone without any problems and appear as an audio output device. When I select them as the audio output, the music continues playing but no sound comes from the glasses.

The Meta AI app also says that a firmware update is available. However, it will not install the update because it reports that the battery is too low. The app does not display the battery percentage.

I have already performed a factory reset, paired the glasses again, restarted my iPhone, charged the glasses and the charging case for several hours, cleaned the charging contacts and tried different chargers and cables.

Has anyone experienced this issue or found a solution?
