Problem with voices and temperature

Hi there,

I have ray ban 2 meta glasses.

does anyone else have this problem?

it doesn’t matter what voice I select, it only uses the default voice. And also it always gives temperature in Fahrenheit, despite the fact I’m in the Uk.

my privacy location setting are all correct.

Ive even replaced the glasses and I’m still experiencing the same problem!

I’ve lost the UK voices too, and then I’ve asked the voice that’s left to always give me the temperature in Celsius, then it says I will always give the temperature in celcius, but it doesn’t last long.

It's stupid design that there's no toggle between imperial and metric.

The "Clean Re-Pair" Fix

Unpair the glasses: Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and completely "Forget" the glasses, then remove them from the Meta View app.
Uninstall the app: Delete the Meta View app entirely to clear any corrupt cache files.
Change phone region first: Before reinstalling, go into your phone's native operating system settings (iOS or Android) and temporarily change your phone's system region/language to the UK or Australia.
Reinstall and pair: Download the Meta View app again, log in, and pair the glasses while the phone is spoofing the metric region. This often forces the initial setup wizard to default to Celsius.

Check Wear Detection

The Meta View app intentionally dims or freezes language and voice selection menus if it does not actively detect that the glasses are unfolded and on your head. Make sure you are actively wearing the glasses while attempting to change the voice settings in the app, or the system might reject the change and snap back to the default profile.
