Ray-Ban Meta glasses not pairing, not charging

Newly purchased glasses, paired initially, didn't complete full set up on app, now no power, case shows green, once glasses are inside shows orange.

Now glasses won't pair, flashes white after holding capture button & turning on.

No blue flash in case or out.

What else can I do?
