Ray-Ban Wayfarer videos not playing

Glasses have the latest version, when I record a video it shows up in the gallery in the Meta app and shows up in the folder on my phone. Can not play the videos, get an error "Codec not supported H.265 HEVC". I have Moto g power with Android 15 latest update.

Sounds more like an issue that is caused by your smartphone rather than by the glasses or Meta AI app.

What Mediaplayer do you use for videos? Maybe change that or update it. Try to play it with vlc or some other Mediaplayer.

    Hope that was helpful;)

I don't use a media player, just Google Photos. I'll look into your suggestion.

Downloading an external app that works on some devices is not a solution. My phone can play h.265 video's just fine from other camera's. I cant view the video's in VLC for android, or google photos, I cant even send them properly over whatsapp which is an app from meta itself, videos wont even show more than a single frame inside the meta ai app.

Has the app not been tested? Is this deliberate?
