Rayban Meta2 missing video settings

I have had the Rayban Meta2 Wayfarer glasses for a few months now. Suddenly features I used to have are gone. I cant record 5 minute 1080p videos and mostly importantly I lost my ability to record 60fps videos which was the ONLY reason I purchased this. I used to have 60fps video recording a few weeks ago. I have tried factory resetting and reinstalling the app. There is no support regarding this except articles that claim it is "server side" and some accounts don't have it yet. (Except I used to have it).
