RayBan Meta Wayfarer Gen 2

Problems with battery charging and connection to the Meta app

The problem started yesterday when I was using them. The recording kept cutting out due to low battery, but when I plugged them in to charge, the app said the glasses were at 100%. When this problem persisted, I decided to reset the lenses. I did so, and the white light flashed for a long time, but they didn't reconnect to the app. From there, I tried the app's recommendations: I put them in their case and pressed the button to make the case flash blue, but it didn't work; it only showed a white light after several seconds of holding the button down. Then I tried the trick of hiding the temples of the glasses and pressing the capture button, but that didn't work either. Next, it suggested disconnecting my phone from Bluetooth, but none of this solved the problem. Now, when I put the glasses in the case, the LED on the case is orange, but no matter how long I leave them there, the light doesn't change, and the glasses no longer emit any light.

I managed to fix it, partly by following the instructions in this video, but with one significant detail. When I tried the hard reset while the LED was flashing white, it didn't work. But I turned the glasses off and back on, and before the white light started flashing, an orange light appeared. That's when I quickly pressed the shutter button five times and managed to factory reset the lenses. First, the speaker announced the battery level, so I went to the Meta app and tapped "add lenses." It told me to put them in the case, but I couldn't get the case to flash blue, not even by holding down the reset button on the back. Then I saw an option that said, "Don't have the case?", I press that button and then It gave me the option to pair the glasses directly to the Meta app. You do this by pressing the shutter button for five seconds until a blue light appears on the LED of the glasses (the temples of the lens must be closed), the light turns Blue and the app found the glasses,  that's how I paired them. The glasses were like new; I had to configure everything again.
