Rayban Wayfarer Glasses Gen 2 Audio auto adjusting

Just got my gen 2 Rayban Wayfarer Glasses and the audio keeps auto adjusting on its own and changing songs randomly.

I have adaptive audio turned off but it keeps adjusting and changing songs on its own. Does anyone know why it would do this?

Update: It's even doing it with the glasses off of my face sitting on a table.

We would love to help you out further with this issue. Could you please try updating the firmware just incase during the initial setup something went wrong.

To update the glasses firmware:

In the Meta AI App, tap the Glasses icon

If you have multiple devices paired with the Meta AI mobile app, swipe left or right to select the device you want to use

Tap Settings

Tap Updates

I am having the exact same problem. Ive checked that everything is up to date and I also have adaptive turned off. It's frustrating. Ive only had them 4 days!
