RHS Audio Stopped Working

My nearly new Meta Wayfarer 2’s has complete lost all audio on the RHS. Everything else works perfectly, and despite numerous factory resets. No amount of DIY “fixes” have worked. I need help to identify if this is a hardware or software issue.

I am also having audio issues on my Wayfarer Gen 2. Audio is severly distorted even at low volume. I have tried restarting and factory resetting. No joy

Same problem for me started just last 24 hours. worked perfectly in the car on a call the night before i put them on today and now, the beeps and boot up sounds are correct, but the spoken Audio is like a broken speaker sound from the LHS only. 

when i call myself from another phone i cant hear anything but i sound like a robot on the receiving line.   

Done a hard reboot and factory reset no help
