Speakers not working

I bought Meta Ray-Ban AI glasses in April and did not used that much. However, today I put them on, and the left speaker doesn't work, and the right one is very quiet, even at maximum volume. 

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? The Ray-Ban store claims it’s a Meta problem. Contacting Ray-Ban customer service for repairs is nearly impossible, and reaching Meta is even harder.
