Strava white screen

when I click on the the Conner Strava icon etc I follow instructions the I get a white screen. All my apps and FireWire are up to date. Any ideas?

      Workaround I found a few minutes ago:

      • Get a VPN app on your phone (Proton, Express,…)
      • set it to the US, problem seems to be mostly EU & UK based 
      • Connect Strava and Garmin within the Meta AI app
      • disconnect VPN and enjoy

      I have the same problem. This is a serious issue!!!!!! I just got the glass as a Christmas present and the most important part of the glass doesn't work (Garmin and Strava connectivity) Meta is expected to post an official statement that they are fixing the problem and stop using that useless AI generated answering machine they call "Support".

        Thanks for the reply, I’m exactly the same as yourself Christmas present. Can I ask are you in the UK? As I was wondering if it was just a UK issue.

        Hello, same issue here in Italy..not just Strava, but also same for Garmin...kind of unacceptable for the cost of the glasses...you expect top tier quality and customer service and you get surreal experience.

          Can't agree more!!! This is nonsense! I just got the glass as Christmass present and the most important functionality does not work. AND no reinstalling stuff doesn't work. Seriously this is unacceptable

            I’ve just taken mine on a bike ride and thought it had been fixed as heart rate and time data appeared on a video, however no it’s from Apple Health. 

            still not fixed as just tried again for Strava and Garmin.

            Until the white screen issue is not fixed it won't get the data from Garmin unfortunately....

              You absolute superstar! I have a VPN I use for travel set to the UK, I just tried it and it works! Thank you.

              Mine is now connecting to the apps, no need for a VPN.

                  is this still working for you all? I am in the UK and the VPN fix hasn't worked. Really annoying as everything worked perfectly for the first couple of weeks. Since April I am being told that my fenix 7X pro and my edge 1040 arent compatible. Cant work that one out when they both connected without any issues. 

                  Now Im just banging my head against a brick wall.

                  Mine is working fine with the Fenix 7x and Garmin 840. I have look on compatibility lists on Meta and it says both of your devices are compatible.
