Streaming Apple Music

I’ve read the instructions for using the meta ai to stream Apple Music and specifically tried using the command stated, “Hey Meta, play (Artist/Song/Album/Playlist)” and named my playlist on Apple Music and used the name of it and it will only start playing my customized radio station. Anybody know how to specifically play from playlists or how to play a song and have autoplay keep going?

    Thank you for creating a post and making us aware that you are having an issue playing apple music from your preferred source.

     

    First off, we have a few questions for you as well as some steps for you to try out, we will leave them below for you and let us know how it goes: 

     

    • Are you able to play the music manually through the Ai app instead of using voice commands?
    • Have you tried reestablishing the Bluetooth connection?
    • Have you given the Meta AI app permissions to play music from your phone?
    • If you could also try removing your preferred radio station, as the Ai will look for the easiest way to play music on your glasses.
    • Lastly we would ask that you try Uninstalling and reinstalling the Meta AI app.

      I’ve done everything listed and no, I cannot access Apple Music through the ai app, only connect Apple Music to the glasses. I also can’t remove any radio stations in Apple Music. If by reestablishing the Bluetooth connection you mean forget the device and do the steps again, yes, I have

      We completely understand how confusing and frustrating it can be when Meta AI unexpectedly plays a radio station instead of the Apple Music playlist you intended. You're not alone in this, and we really appreciate you flagging it.

       

      Just a quick heads-up: Apple Music isn’t natively supported on the glasses themselves. Instead, it works through your connected phone, so it’s worth double-checking that everything is properly set up there. 

       

      At the moment, we don’t have additional troubleshooting steps to offer, but the best way to help us get this resolved is by submitting a bug report directly through the app. This sends detailed logs to our engineering team, which helps them understand what’s going on and work toward a fix more efficiently.

        I don’t know how I could be more set up. Apple Music is connected in the meta ai app and everything reasonable is set up in Apple Music that I can think of. Will submit a report
