Urgent Request for Help Recovering My Hacked Instagram Account

Hello,

I am posting on this forum to explain my situation: my Instagram account has been hacked, and I can no longer access it.

The person who took control of my account changed both the email address and phone number associated with it. As a result, when I try to reset my password using the "Forgot Password" option, I am unable to regain access to my account.

I have also tried following the official account recovery process through https://www.instagram.com/hacked/. This process offers to send a verification code to my original email address and phone number, both of which belong to me. However, despite several attempts, I have not received any verification codes, either by email or SMS.

Furthermore, when I search for my account on Instagram, I receive the message "User not found," which makes the situation even more concerning.

I am therefore completely unable to recover my account, despite having tried all the available recovery options.

I would greatly appreciate any help or guidance on how to regain access to my account and secure my personal information.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Best regards.
