Vanguard glasses completely dead and the case only flashes red

I have only used it about 5 times. The glasses is completely dead and the case only flashes red when glasses placed in the case. I have tried the resets and no difference, cleaned the charge points on both, as well a different C type cable and there is no difference …I also saw that to do a master reset on the case with the glasses inside and when the case light changes to white to release the button but that too immediately goes back to the flashing red.
