Warranty

Hey I have being  trying to use my meta warranty because I pay the premium one  I use the glases for one day and they have a little fall one of the lenses scratched  and it now says that the speaker don’t work but I feel like nothing on the glases work so can someone help me use my warranty

    If you are in the US and bought the warranty plus and its still valid then you should be covered as it apparently covers accidental damage. As far as helping you use your warranty I have no clue as im in the UK and never buy hardware or warranties direct from the manufacturer I always buy from places like ARGOS so they can have the headache when something goes wrong.
